Our guarantee: every call answered, or your month is free. On paid plans, if a call forwarded to your Answerhand line goes unanswered, report it within 7 days and we credit that month's fee. Excludes carrier outages and setup issues on your end. Extra minutes: $0.25/min on any plan. Custom integrations: quoted separately.

Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It tells callers it's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. People mostly care about getting help fast, and it does that. If someone wants a person, it can take a message or (on Pro and Premium) transfer them to you.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only says what we set it up to say. If it doesn't know, it takes a message instead of guessing. You see a summary of every call, so you'll catch anything off. Tell me and I'll fix it. Pro and Premium include monthly tuning.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. We forward calls to Answerhand: all calls, after hours only, or just the ones you don't pick up. Want a separate number? I can set that up too.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. There's no long-term contract.
Prepaid a year and need to cancel? We refund what you paid, minus the regular monthly price for each month you used (including the 30-day notice month).
Is my data safe?
Your call recordings and transcripts are stored with Retell AI, our voice platform provider, and are only used to run your service. I don't sell your data. Recordings are kept for . Ask and I'll delete recordings. More in our privacy policy.
How long does setup take?
Usually 3–5 days from our first conversation to your AI answering calls.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.25 each. I'll let you know if you're trending over so you can pick the right plan.
